Evict your tenant with the help of a notarial deed

Does your tenant refuse to move out? Prevent the problem.

Recently it is more and more popular to rent out real properties and it is more and more often that tenants just won’t leave the premises at the end of the tenancy and landlords can only enforce their rights by litigation.

It is also a similar problem when a tenant rejects to pay and no matter that the landlord legally gives eviction notice to the tenant, the latter would not leave the real property anyway.

However, there is a simple and lawful solution to enforce the landlord’s rights; therefore it is recommended to prepare the necessary documents before the beginning of the tenancy.

If the parties make a notarial deed, then the signed eviction statement is directly enforceable.
